Your Local REVA has been providing a large variety of virtual services primarily for Rose & Womble agents since 2013.

​​We know that you wouldn’t entrust just anyone to handle your marketing needs and neither do we. That’s why we do not use contract labor; all of our Virtual Assistants are employees of our company. We are also all located in the Hampton Roads area. Being a local company means you have a local person to talk to whenever you need something.

All of our Virtual Assistants have local real estate experience, many as former agents. We think like agents while also being able to understand things from the consumer’s viewpoint. This makes us an extremely valuable asset in marketing your real estate business.

We have extensive knowledge of the various aspects of digital media marketing. This includes social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, how the Boston Logic and RealScout websites work, as well as the products and services available through Rose & Womble Realty’s Marketing Department. We also have years of experience managing agents’ online profiles and accounts on the various real estate marketing sites available for agents today.

Meet Our Team
Christy
Your Local REVA is very pleased to announce that Christy Vaughan, a current Virtual Assistant, has been promoted to the position of Team Leader. Christy comes with a background actually in nursing which makes her perfect for taking care of real estate agents. She is very creative and detail oriented. Since joining Your Local REVA, Christy has picked up very quickly on agent's real estate needs. As Team Leader, she will be your "go to girl" for special requests and concerns. She is excited about the opportunity to bring an outside perspective to promoting real estate agents in social media and marketing.
Christy was born and raised in Portsmouth but currently lives in Western Branch with her husband, Danny, and 3 wonderful children. She and her family love to go to the park, pool, and local farms together. They also enjoy baking and taking trips.

Michele
Michele began her real estate career as an agent’s assistant. Before long, she began helping more and more agents with their marketing plans, digital media and client communications.
​
As technology and social media marketing advanced, Michele’s real estate marketing expertise became more in demand, and that eventually evolved into the creation of Your Local REVA. Being a founding member of the company gives Michele the advantage of seeing firsthand how rapidly online marketing for Realtors is advancing.
​
Michele helps with our research, major projects, and training. She also maintains our website and fills in where needed to ensure that our agents get the best service possible.
​
In addition to being a REVA, Michele also works in the local school system. She lives in Chesapeake with her husband, children and their three dogs. When she’s not working, she loves reading, crafts and camping with her family.
